ADPT Property - LOMA, Waterloo

ADPT Property - LOMA, Waterloo

This was our fifth project with ADPT Property, and the brief couldn't have been clearer: "Different from standard commercial planting." "A show-stopping installation for the 6th floor terrace." "Bold, colourful and unforgettable." We delivered exactly that. At the heart of the installation are eight striking Monstera Thai Constellation and eight magnificent Strelitzia nicolai, creating a dramatic canopy that grows through a bespoke halo design towards the skylight. Surrounding these centrepieces is a rich mix of Alocasia, Monstera minima, Maranta fascinator and Codiaeum, combining contrasting textures, colours and forms to create a truly immersive biophilic display. The result is a one-of-a-kind commercial planting scheme that transforms the space into a living focal point—demonstrating how bold interior planting can elevate workplace design. The client's feedback said it all: "Nailed the brief." "Stunning." "A little touch of heaven."

Runway East - Tottenham Court Road

Runway East - Tottenham Court Road

Having maintained the majority of Runway East's London portfolio through a bespoke plant maintenance programme for several years, we were delighted to be trusted with delivering the planting installation for this exciting new workspace. Working alongside Interaction Associates, we installed planting throughout bespoke joinery features and statement freestanding displays across four floors, centred around the building's striking metal staircase. As Runway East would be undertaking some of the ongoing maintenance, we selected hardy, pest-resistant species to ensure the displays remained healthy with minimal intervention. The centrepiece is an 8-metre banquette seating area featuring over 25 square metres of lush planting, creating an immersive biophilic focal point. The planting palette includes Fatsia japonica, 10 varieties of Aglaonema, ZZ Plant, Epipremnum, Scindapsus, Strelitzia, Maranta, Ficus robusta, Philodendron, Aspidistra, Peperomia, Howea forsteriana and Sansevieria, delivering year-round colour, texture and impact.
Amova Asset Management

Amova Asset Management

After experiencing challenges with the consistency of their previous plant maintenance service, communication and recurring pest issues, Amova approached London Plant Maintenance to develop a proactive maintenance programme focused on improving plant health and long-term care. We began with a complete refresh, removing diseased specimens affected by thrips, introducing Amblyseius biological controls, treating fungus gnats (sciarid flies) with beneficial nematodes, replenishing the Vulkaponic substrate, and installing approximately 50 additional plants. Today, our Plant Technician visits 2–3 times each month, proactively monitoring plant health, managing pests before they become established, and replacing any specimens that no longer meet our quality standards. Following every visit, Amova receives a personalised Plant Care Report detailing the work completed, any plant additions or replacements, and photographic updates, ensuring complete transparency and clear communication.

20 Kirby Street, Farringdon

20 Kirby Street, Farringdon

Working alongside the project team at 20 Kirby Street, we delivered a comprehensive planting installation across this premium commercial workspace, creating a cohesive biophilic environment throughout the building. The installation included statement floor-standing plants within the reception, planting throughout the second-floor show suite, bespoke integrated terrace planters on the fifth floor, and custom-lined tambour desk-end planters on the sixth floor, alongside large hourglass floor-standing planters. A key element of the project was the bespoke lining of integrated planters and office furniture, ensuring each installation was durable and suitable for long-term plant health. The planting scheme featured Aglaonema, Epipremnum, Asplenium, Ficus Robusta, Schefflera, Strelitzia and Howea Forsteriana, creating welcoming, contemporary workspaces throughout the building.
